PATIENCE

Good morning beautiful people everywhere. I have been patiently waiting for this day and it's Thursday...Shout out to my friend..one of my consistent encouragements on this blog Dr Mary Afolayan. Its her Birthday today and I wish you all the goodies of life this year.

Yeah that being said, alot of people like things done very fast and quick. I wouldn't forget one of the advice my dad gave me in my Year One in med school,knowing my passion for God n dreams,he said don't be ahead of God. I really value my dad and listen well enough to obey him as God's spiritual cover over me. So now that's the reality of life; most people are steps steps ahead of God that they are so far to even hear a call to come back.

In Igbo land...they say it's with patience you lick a hot soup you know why cos if you lick it fast it's gonna disfigure your tongue....Look at the scenarios at banks, roads,in markets,etc even in families and relationships...nobody is patient enough to listen to understand, every body wants to air their own opinion....even in job hunts people are not patient to wait for the right one...they rather do hard or bad ordeals to get it quick....even for marriages...the craze is real... And the truth is the quicker you go impatiently and unprepared,the bitter the experiences...

Now who benefits from patience? To start with when you are patient you are not doing any other person good except yourself cos it is the fruit of the recreated human spirit and you are exercising that fruit to become a more matured and responsible Christian. And since it is inline with the word...the determination to be patient(joyful waiting not frowning waiting) brings to you the blessings of doing or exercising your patience.



Being patient can save you from alot of emotional and physical accidents...and even misunderstandings....They say a patient dog eats the fastest bone....


This day CHOOSE PATIENCE...

THE VALUE FOR TIME

Time is one of the most valuable resources given to us and you get what you make out of it. Time is a gift given to us by God Almighty... and as such it ought to be treasured. Just like every resource we have, you are going to be responsible and accountable for the resources given to you. In essence you are going to account for this time, and what will be in your time-account? Time they say is money... If you can equate your time spent to money received from time then you will know your value for time based on how much you make.  Just like some people don't know the value for money and think it should be spent and wasted, same way most people don't know the value for time and thus waste time and spend it on unproductive things. DETERMINATION

Good evening dearie...Hope you have been awesome.. Yeah today's post is coming now but it's better late than never. I'm committed to helping you discover yourself on a daily basis, hence the push to still put something down today. Today we will be summarizing all we have been saying this week so far in just one word: Determination. What is determination? It is a positive emotional feeling that involves persevering towards a difficult goal in spite of the obstacles. It occurs prior to goal attainment and serves to motivate one's behavior towards achievement of that goal. Let me paint the picture clearer this way?  Is the task before you difficult? Obviously yes. But can you quit or give up? The answer is NO and that's in simple terms DETERMINATION.
