COMFORT
"....And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied. (Acts 9:31)".
Hallelujah! Greetings beloved.... Grace and peace be multiplied unto you today. There's a joy, a rest, an ease, a comfort you can never experience until you come up hither in Christ. Just coming into the family of God assures you of that rest. Sometimes it's so good and therapeutical to just laugh... Just laugh... Cos laughter the Bible says doeth good like medicine. There's a great joy in my spirit this morning that I can't explain... Joy joy joy joy... Rivers of joy!!
Today I never wanted to talk about this topic; Comfort but somehow someway I was led to talk about it... I have never talked about this topic before... But God is faithful. Comfort means from the dictionary a state of physical or psychological ease or freedom from pain or constraint. It is not something far-fetched, cos there is the comfort of the Spirit of God for us and I believe that talks about all round ease both spiritually, financially, health wise,whatsoever. God is so loving and beautiful. Comfort simply is REST AND EASE....and there are dimensions to it depending on your relationship with God.
I dont really know what pains you are having at the moment... Be it spiritually, financially, academically, in your family... And I don't want to know...All God wants you to know is there is a better way for you... You don't have to cry or wail over that situation... He is WELL ABLE to handle it...
Jesus was in a sinking boat with his disciples in the midst of the storm but He slept peacefully in that situation. Hello two people can't be awake at the same time... I mean you and God can't be competing for who will be awake over a situation.... God never sleeps nor slumbers... So He wants to worry over that situation for you so you can sleep peacefully.
Let me show you one way to access and walk in this comfort per time. 1 Peter 5:7 says " casting ALL YOUR CARE upon Him, for He cares for you". Dearest, God cares and loves you. You can bank on His love for you one in which your heart can never be broken.... Do you know what it means to cast a care? Lemme give you a picture.... Get a stone in your mind and throw it deep into a sea or somewhere far, then turn around and walk out from that scene and forget you threw that stone and sleep. That's exactly what it means to cast a care... It means to throw your problems or worries or burdens at God and forget about it there and then cos you trust Him enough to fix it... Then keep moving and thanking God for the victories... Daily you sleep and wake up knowing that thing has been taken care of even if physically and obviously that situation is staring at you. That's what it means.
So dearly beloved, God designed life to be enjoyed and not to be endured. Which lane are you on? Let's enjoy together. Thanks for your audience today. God bless you real good.
