Here we are today... Today is very special to me cos today's post is all about Purpose. Let me start this way... When you buy a new phone let's say Nokia 3310 and another buys Iphone 6s plus....the purpose that Nokia 3310 serves is distinctly different from the purpose that the iphone 6s plus would serve. For example, a Nokia 3310 can't whatsapp, facebook, or even take pictures not even Bluetooth... It's mostly best for calls....I learnt to call it the communication device whereas the iphone6s plus phone does much more that the former can't do. So it is with us... You are like that phone... I might be a different model... We are all different models of one manufacturer created for a unique purpose....

It is a positive emotional feeling that involves persevering towards a difficult goal in spite of the obstacles. We are going to talk on a crucial necessity that's vital in our relationships and that's trust. Most people don't really understand what trust means and so they don't really care what happens when that trust is broken. I have found out most people just jump into things without adequately preparing for them.  We know of a saying that says If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Time is a very crucial resource and you need time to prepare. Time won't always wait for you. It's better early than a late and hurried preparation. Planning plays an important role in determining the success of the home in view...for those in a relationship heading to marriage. Jesus in Luke 14: 28-32 brought out the importance of planning. Proverbs 14:1 says every wise woman buildeth her house...Good buildings require good planning. The word Honest comes from the Latin word honestus, meaning honorable...The word Sincere comes the Latin word sincerus, meaning pure or clean. It is usually used to indicate the quality of being genuine,not feigned  without hypocrisy . God expects and deserves honesty...and we can see this in  Psalm 51:6 that says" You deserve honesty..."   Being dishonest about someone is as harmful and hurtful as a physical wound. It all starts from nothing. All of us came into this world naked,helpless and ignorant. So it is whenever you want to start a new project. The first task is to take stock of  your resources. In business it is called preparing a balance sheet, an overview of your assets and liabilities.  Example of some assets are cash, securities and other liquid investments,real estate,cars,equipments,furniture, jewelry,etc while some liabilities are debts, obligations,mortgages, bank loans, promissory notes,etc. When you subtract your liabilities from your assets, you come up with your net worth. Well we will be continuing from yesterday's post on the stages of disloyalty...Today we would be looking at the third and fourth stages respectively. A quick reminder: Yesterday we looked at the stage of Independence wherein we saw an independent person does what he feels like doing irrespective of the laid down rules but we are advised not to be like that. Also we saw the stage of offence where a disloyal person is always offended due to hurts or past experiences and the only way forward is to love in order to practice loyalty. Today we are looking at Passivity as the third stage of disloyalty. Passivity: Passivity means to be indifferent, unconcerned and uninvolved. A passive christian is a disloyal one.
