LOYALTY AND DISLOYALTY: STAGES OF DISLOYALTY PT3

Good morning esteemed friends. Hope you woke up stronger than before. It is nice to have to impact once again on the subject matter of Loyalty and Disloyalty.

Today we will be looking at the fifth and sixth stages of disloyalty. Meanwhile a lil recap on the third and fourth stages which were passivity and critical stage respectively.

Passivity is doing and saying nothing..being indifferent, unconcerned and uninvolved. The uninterested person is not involved for a reason...don't overlook it.
Critical stage as the name implies means the person is a critic...most times a negative one..He criticizes and scrutinizes every move,word,even smile etc.

Today we will be looking at the fifth stage which is political stage and the sixth stage which is deception..

Political stage: This stage involves others in his ideas and philosophies. Remember I said loyalty demands openness so people can buy into you. Political stage is same thing just that people buy into the lies of what the disloyal person says and thus causing factions and that's what we see in our political system today.

A leader is successful when his successor accomplishes greater than the leader. A leader ought to train loyal and faithful people. You have to honor,esteem and adore your leaders especially your spiritual leaders. You can't love people,if you don't love God and you can't care about people, if you don't care about God. Your love for God and people will make you flow under this chain of authority.

Disloyal people have an insidous way of discussing the shortcomings of their leaders. Know that the thing you celebrate in others, automatically begins to work in you.

- A lot of people are saying so and so
- Everybody is saying so and so
- Many people are saying so and so

Be careful when you are friendly and more accessible.

Deception: Many rebellious people are deceived into thinking they are greater than their seniors. We are not called to out-do people. You are called to out-do yourself. Just receive and manifest the grace. Be grateful and faithful. The more faithful you are,the more results you would produce. Never compare yourself with other people. When people praise you, turn your focus to the one who brought you there. Do not be deceived by your little promotions. Your evaluation is more based on whom you honor ; than as the things you do. Our results are products of our relationships both with God and with people. Don't despise your teacher. Remember that you have been helped by somebody to get to where you are.

THE VALUE FOR TIME

Time is one of the most valuable resources given to us and you get what you make out of it. Time is a gift given to us by God Almighty... and as such it ought to be treasured. Just like every resource we have, you are going to be responsible and accountable for the resources given to you. In essence you are going to account for this time, and what will be in your time-account? Time they say is money... DETERMINATION

Good evening dearie...Hope you have been awesome.. Yeah today's post is coming now but it's better late than never. I'm committed to helping you discover yourself on a daily basis, hence the push to still put something down today. Today we will be summarizing all we have been saying this week so far in just one word: Determination. What is determination? It is a positive emotional feeling that involves persevering towards a difficult goal in spite of the obstacles. It occurs prior to goal attainment and serves to motivate one's behavior towards achievement of that goal. Let me paint the picture clearer this way?  Is the task before you difficult? Obviously yes. But can you quit or give up? The answer is NO and that's in simple terms DETERMINATION.
