LOYALTY AND DISLOYALTY: 5 KEYS OF LOYALTY CULTURE

Good morning beloved. I trust you are soaring high in life. Today I will begin a new series with us on Loyalty and disloyalty as it affects our spiritual life,business,work,academics and career. Please stay put with me and let's soar together.

A dog is very loyal to its owner. Loyalty is a lesson to practice. Loyalty can be seen and felt. Straight up, a culture is simply the way we think and the way we do things.

So let us quickly look at 5 keys to the loyalty culture.

√ The key of the north wind. Proverbs 25:23.... The power of the backbiting tongue can be wiped away by your facial expression. Your face is the north wind.

√ The key of constant pruning..John 13:27.. This key helps you to be in constant check..you are open to corrections and you are teachable.

√ The key of creating fire. Acts 28:3.. The fire of time exposes the snake like nature of some people. Difficult times and hardships along bring out the true nature of people.

√ The key of working with willing people only. 2Cor 8:12. You don't have to force anybody to do anything for you. If they are willing and obedient, they will eat the good of the land.

√ The key of teaching against disloyalty.
To build a large church,enterprise,great work force or great friends constantly teach and practice faithfulness and loyalty.

THE VALUE FOR TIME

Time is one of the most valuable resources given to us and you get what you make out of it. Time is a gift given to us by God Almighty... and as such it ought to be treasured. Just like every resource we have, you are going to be responsible and accountable for the resources given to you. In essence you are going to account for this time, and what will be in your time-account? Time they say is money... If you can equate your time spent to money received from time then you will know your value for time based on how much you make.  Just like some people don't know the value for money and think it should be spent and wasted, same way most people don't know the value for time and thus waste time and spend it on unproductive things. DETERMINATION

Good evening dearie...Hope you have been awesome.. Yeah today's post is coming now but it's better late than never. I'm committed to helping you discover yourself on a daily basis, hence the push to still put something down today. Today we will be summarizing all we have been saying this week so far in just one word: Determination. What is determination? It is a positive emotional feeling that involves persevering towards a difficult goal in spite of the obstacles. It occurs prior to goal attainment and serves to motivate one's behavior towards achievement of that goal. Let me paint the picture clearer this way?  Is the task before you difficult? Obviously yes. But can you quit or give up? The answer is NO and that's in simple terms DETERMINATION.
