EXCELLENCE

Image
" Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm".(Daniel 6:3) Excellence in simple terms is surpassing laid down standards...going above the ordinary...it is doing the right thing the right way,the first time. As a child of God..the question shouldn't be if you can be excellent in everything about you...because when you got born again you received automatically the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of excellence. I'm committed to helping you discover yourself on a daily basis, hence the push to still put something down today. Today we will be summarizing all we have been saying this week so far in just one word: Determination. What is determination? It is a positive emotional feeling that involves persevering towards a difficult goal in spite of the obstacles. It occurs prior to goal attainment and serves to motivate one's behavior towards achievement of that goal. Let me paint the picture clearer this way?  Is the task before you difficult? Obviously yes. But can you quit or give up? The answer is NO and that's in simple terms DETERMINATION. So it's all about keep pushing, keep putting efforts until you get the goal in the midst of weakness, tiredness, 'no head way';  cos something really it's happening.... So don't give up on thos...
