5 I'S OF DISRESPECT: INTERRUPTING

Good morning darlings. Hope we are much better today. So today we will learning on a very important topic that can make or mar our relationships with whosoever. Today is Wednesday, our relationship days on this blog. So its a series topic and today I will be starting with the first I  of disrespect which is INTERRUPTING.

Over the time, issues and questions surrounding what respect is all about and factors surrounding why is shown or not shown have erupted. People say respect is reciprocal but permit me to say respect is earned.

In our relationships with people, when there are issues, people always say You have no respect for me? Do you know how old i am,etc? I often wondered what is it about respect and age that people make a big deal about it. Instead of looking at Respect, i decided we look at Disrespect cos most times we might not know we are disrespectful.

Thank you for staying with me this far on this blog. I am much honored and pleased. God bless you some more.
Lets go ahead:

INTERRUPTING.
Actually, it is an eye sore anyway to me seeing two or more people talking and all of a sudden one begins to talk without hushing for the other to finish or land. Do you know what that actually means? The person interrupting is saying "Hold on, i have something  better to say than what you are saying and you must pause to listen to me". First of all that's rude and secondly it only shows how proud you are since you are inconsiderate of others and you want to push yourself forward.

Dearest, no matter how much you want you want to talk or air your views..just hold on till the end when the other party is done talking. Practise listening to understand and not just to reply back or have something to say in return.

Great misunderstandings have resulted cos one of the two or both parties are not patient to listen to understand. So one of the ways to a hitch- free relationship is to observe the simple principle of not interrupting. Its unhealthy. How valuable are your relationships? How do you treat those around you? The bible says be slow to speak, quick to listen and slow to wrath. Let that be your working principle in your relationships. Do the word and watch the glow.

Stick with me as oft as you can on this blog. Don't forget to leave your comments and share to your family and friends. I'm here for you anytime, any day. Lets rock together.

Much Love 😘
