A NOTE OF CONGRATULATIONS! !!!

Hello latest graduates in town...doctors and engineers...I promised to give few words of advice to you graduants..so i had to patiently wait till the deed is done...and sorry I don't have all of your pics...
It is really a great feat, wonderful achievement you have added to your laurels this day...which happens to mark the end of some kind of dependence on parents for some of you and begins a new chapter of responsibility cos you will now begin to be seen as one who is expected to have it all sorted out with life...True that's what it is even if you think you haven't come to that stage in life...

There are certain expectations...certain pressures...certain distractions...certain winning areas...and of course daily learning and discovery moments... No you haven't been thrown into the Labour market... you are now in a world of its own outside your comfort or what you have bbeen exposed to where virtually everyone is not thinking what you are thinking... so you have to create a balance of the differing personalities and learn to work with everyone peacefully to attain the greater heights ahead of you...


First and foremost, you must give all credit to God Almighty who made it possible for you and your family to see this day and who has sustained you admists all your experiences in your schooling both good and bad...and let me remind you He owns your life no matter how you may see things... I say this cos you need Him more than ever...you have to understand He is all that matters...He is all you need...keep your focus and mind stayed on Him...God has a global vision of reconciling the world to Himself through you...Where are you in this plan? Are you still thinking of yourself? why are you created? Have you discovered your purpose cos that's where your fulfillment in life lies else you will be frustrated in the long run...


Then we have the pressures of settling down the family way....Hey listen to me....you need to put yourself together and don't rush about that second important journey in your life if you want to be happy or not...If you don't know where you are heading to in life...I would suggest you halt on that...discover yourself...be financially responsible...be career stable...be visionary...cos all of you now are on the hot spot available for every body to connect with....but guess what you have the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you in all parts of decision making and please ladies....especially be fixed totally before the babies start coming before marriage...so you don't spoil your success story....project well...think about 5 years from now where you wanna be,what you want to achieve....


What else??? slay slay slay....Abeg keep shining..looking good in and out....work on your character if you have to...keep the total package beautiful....n keep liking,sharing,commenting,following me on this beautiful blog of mine...

THE VALUE FOR TIME

Time is one of the most valuable resources given to us and you get what you make out of it. Time is a gift given to us by God Almighty... and as such it ought to be treasured. Just like every resource we have, you are going to be responsible and accountable for the resources given to you. In essence you are going to account for this time, and what will be in your time-account? Time they say is money... If you can equate your time spent to money received from time then you will know your value for time based on how much you make.  Just like some people don't know the value for money and think it should be spent and wasted, same way most people don't know the value for time and thus waste time and spend it on unproductive things. DETERMINATION

Good evening dearie...Hope you have been awesome.. Yeah today's post is coming now but it's better late than never. I'm committed to helping you discover yourself on a daily basis, hence the push to still put something down today. Today we will be summarizing all we have been saying this week so far in just one word: Determination. What is determination? It is a positive emotional feeling that involves persevering towards a difficult goal in spite of the obstacles. It occurs prior to goal attainment and serves to motivate one's behavior towards achievement of that goal. Let me paint the picture clearer this way?  Is the task before you difficult? Obviously yes. But can you quit or give up? The answer is NO and that's in simple terms DETERMINATION.
