She was the only black semi-finalist that year.
In November 2001, she was crowned Miss World beating Miss Scotland and Miss Aruba in the final round. Her victory in the beauty peagent was widely welcomed and celebrated in her home country. Her one year tenure included goodwill trips and scheduled appearances on other beauty Peagents.
She is currently working on a fashion reality show soon to be aired on Nigerian television.
MY LESSON:
It is ok to have goals...but being persistent and consistent on them is key in you achieving them. More so, it is important you believe in yourself and celebrate yourself,c is if you don't, the world entirely will not believe in you and what you represent, neither will they celebrate you. Lastly, have a support system of friends that speak life to your dreams each and every time.
Remember IT ALL BEGINS WITH YOU!!!
Love you always..have a beautiful day 😍😍😍😍😍
Thank you so much.
